All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 10am to 4pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please give us a call at 903.887.2282. We take great pride in our furniture and are committed to customer service.
If you decide to exchange your purchased items, we will happily accept all normal unused merchandise for an exchange. We only allow a ONE-TIME exchange.
To use your one-time exchange privilege, select the new items, schedule a second delivery (at which time we will take the original items with us), or bring the old items in to the store and swap.
Either way, you simply pay a 10% re-stocking fee (and second delivery fee, if we deliver). If the price of the new item is more than the exchanged item, you will be responsible for the difference.
We inspect each item of your order prior to shipment. We encourage you to notify us of any damage on the DAY OF DELIVERY at 903.887.2282.
Please note: We cannot accept items damaged from normal wear and tear.
No Cash Back
We cannot accept returns on special order items, items damaged from normal wear and tear, or any final-sale items.
For all SPECIAL orders , we will contact you with a shipping date once item is ordered.
